JOB OVERVIEW
This Dustless Blasting business owner was tasked with stripping a 2,000 square foot log home. While the blasting itself was a breeze with the Dustless Blaster, he had to navigate the logistical hurdles of a job site located several hours away. Without the opportunity for a preliminary test blast, the contractor meticulously planned and transported all essential equipment—media, nozzles, hoses, and more—to ensure a successful operation at the remote blasting site.
"I just finished this log cabin. Overall, the logs were super smooth after blasting and the customer was really happy with the results!"

THE RESULTS
After 14 hours of blasting, this Dustless Blasting business owner was able to remove failing stain from the hard larch logs and soft cedar panels without damaging the wood. The blaster only used around 2.1 bags of media per hour due to lowering his abrasive flow settings on the machine, which saved him a ton of media and, ultimately, money spent!
Following the expert removal of worn and deteriorating stain, another log home owner is now ready to undergo the essential maintenance and staining process for their stunning home. The customer was very pleased with the final results!
