Ever since, businesses have utilized these machines to reduce their outsourcing costs and diversify their revenue streams. And entrepreneurs everywhere are waking up to the business opportunities this mobile restoration machine presents them.

First Time Buyer's Guide
Towing Capacity
"Can my truck pull it?"
An often overlooked, but important part of choosing the right trailer for your blasting business is your current vehicle's capabilities. More specifically, do you own a truck, and what is its towing capacity? The bigger the trailer, the heavier it is. Don't forget about additional materials such as water and abrasives that can quickly add weight to your towing capacity.
Dustless Blasting Model | Loaded Weight Estimate | Suggested Truck Size |
DB350 Mobile XS | 2,339 Pounds | 1/2 Ton Truck or Greater |
DB500 Mobile S | 5,500 Pounds | 1/2 Ton Truck or Greater |
DB800 Mobile XL | 9,700 Pounds | 3/4 Ton Truck or Greater |
DB800 Mobile XXL Dual | 14,100 Pounds | 1 Ton Truck or Greater |
DB1500 Mobile XXL | 11,346 Pounds | 1 Ton Truck or Greater |
Power
"How much power do I need?"
The truth is: all of our mobile machines are capable of the same process. Our larger configurations, however, are more productive due to a few factors:
- Our larger configurations tend to have larger blast pots. The larger the blast pot, the less you need to stop blasting and refill.
- Larger air compressors provide you with greater air volume. With more air volume, you're able to use a larger blast nozzle while still maintaining the same PSI. This allows you to cover more surface area at once and complete jobs faster. Even a one-size nozzle increase can greatly benefit blast productivity (up to 53% in our testing).
- Our larger trailer layouts allow for better ergonomics, greater storage space, and more efficient operation.
